Prince David Orchill is a Certified Professional ADR Practitioner and a seasoned finance and communications professional. He serves as Senior Finance Officer at the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Authority in Accra and is National Chairman of the DVLA Workers Union.

He is National Chairman for the NUGS Alumni Association, chairs the DVLA Cooperative Credit Union Board, and serves as Finance Secretary of the DVLA Finance Staff Association.
With an MPhil in Accounting from the University of Ghana and an MA in Development Communication from the Ghana Institute of Journalism, he brings a rare blend of fiscal discipline, labour advocacy, and strategic communication.
