Maxwell Kudekor is a journalist and development communication specialist with over two decades of professional experience in print, broadcast, and digital communication. He is widely recognised for his expertise in strategic communication, media management, and development-focused storytelling.

He is a former Eastern Regional Chairman of the Ghana Journalists Association and a former National Council Member of the Association, where he contributed to advancing journalistic standards, professional development, and media advocacy in Ghana.
In 2023, he served as Interim Management Committee Chairman of the GIMPA Law Students Association, supervising the development and adoption of a new constitution during a critical transitional period for student governance at the GIMPA Law School.
He also consults in strategic media and public relations, crisis communication, internal communications, events management, project coordination, reputation management, communication strategy, and stakeholder engagement.
